Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Once an order is placed, our warehouse processes and dispatches shipments within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
• Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be notified for each shipment.
• If restocking is required for any product, dispatch may take longer. You will be informed in advance via email.

Delivery Time

• Delivery usually takes 3–10 working days depending on your location in India.
• For remote or non-metro areas, delivery may take up to 10–15 working days.
• Delays due to weather, holidays, or courier issues may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship only within India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Method

• All orders are shipped via trusted domestic courier services.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
• StayRare is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Shipping Fees

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
• All applicable shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout — there are no hidden fees.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

• In case of return or exchange, we will attempt a reverse pickup from your address (if serviceable).
• If the reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, you’ll need to self-ship the product to us.
• Shipping fees for return pickups due to customer error (like wrong size ordered) may be deducted or charged as ₹75.
